Refunds

Due to the digital nature of templates, purchases will not be refunded or exchanged for any reason. For example, these reasons do not qualify for a refund:

  1. Changing your mind

  2. Not understanding Figma/Framer

  3. Not reading a template’s description fully

  4. If Figma/Framer updates functionality, or in any way changes the nature of the platform, resulting in visual or technical conflicts

  5. Finding a bug or error in a template

  6. Refusing to accept support in using a template

  7. Deleting the template from your account

  8. Asking for a refund
