Refunds
Due to the digital nature of templates, purchases will not be refunded or exchanged for any reason. For example, these reasons do not qualify for a refund:
Changing your mind
Not understanding Figma/Framer
Not reading a template’s description fully
If Figma/Framer updates functionality, or in any way changes the nature of the platform, resulting in visual or technical conflicts
Finding a bug or error in a template
Refusing to accept support in using a template
Deleting the template from your account
Asking for a refund
